| ARENA The Arena is a huge event host location of over 89,600 square feet for large meetings, trade shows, concerts, fairs, livestock (horse, swine, llama, bulls, goats, etc.) events, calf roping, rodeos, and lots more. The indoor Arena, air-conditioned or heated, has a dirt floor that is 130 square feet by 250 square feet. There is permanent seating for 1,100 and portable seating for 900 with the ability to place theatre or banquet seating on a roller-packed arena floor up to 2000. The north concrete area is 17,289 square feet that accommodates horse stalls, small animal pens, and vendor booths. The north end of the Arena is connected to the South Barn via a breeze way, and the south end of the Arena is connected to the covered Auxiliary Barn, which is used for livestock holding pens or whatever is needed for your event. Extending south from the Auxiliary Barn is a Horse Barn that holds 77 ten foot by ten foot horse stalls. A total of 215 horse stalls are available onsite. Ticket booth, office, restrooms, and concession with seating area are located in the lobby. The arena will be set up to your specifications, including roping and bucking facilities and a public address system. |
| CONFERENCE CENTER This spacious facility has 14,984 square feet to accommodate private, community, and corporate events to include meetings, seminars, family reunions, weddings, receptions, and parties. Territory Hall is our largest room that seats up to 500 theatre style with a small stage and has its own restrooms. Winchester, Prairie, and Heritage rooms each seat 200 theatre style or 150 banquet style. The Harvest room houses a commercial kitchen, which has two conventional ovens, one convection oven, an 8 burner range, griddle, icemaker, freezer, refrigerator, as well as, a serving foyer that handles banquet or theatre seating for 70. This building can also be set up in classroom style to accommodate training sessions and meetings. Each room will be set up to your specifications with podiums or public address systems at no extra charge to you. |
| LIVESTOCK PAVILION The Livestock Pavilion is made up of several sections that are rented separately: the North Barn, the South Barn, and the Livestock Pavilion Arena. Each section is equipped with its own restrooms and many entrances and garage door openings. This large facility has in excess of 57,000 square feet to house different events such as: livestock shows, trade shows, auctions, car shows, concerts, parties, and more. The North Barn is 18,000 square feet with indoor wash racks, and an office/concession area. The South Barn has 25,500 square feet with four indoor small animal wash racks and a large animal wash rack on the South end. The Livestock Pavilion has a concrete Arena floor of 60 feet by 120 feet with cushioned theatre seating for 1,000, concession, and offices. Each section will be set up to your specifications at no extra charge to you, to include a public address system, stage, and show podium. |
